One part of the senders cultures were mixed with 1 part of the receiver culture.(Mixed sender culture 1000μL with receiver culture 1000μL.)

Senders strain:XL10Gold,Receiver strain:JW1908.Reaction temparature:30°C.Labeling:LasI,RhlI,RhlI(with LVA),CinI(with LVA),LuxI(with LVA) means fluorescence induced by AHLs synthesized by BBa_K084007,BBa_K084008,BBa_K084009,BBa_K084010,:BBa_S03623respectively.
